This salon is the best I have ever been to. Everyone was friendly and kind to me. The stylist I saw was Becca and she went above and beyond with the professional service she provided me with. She is fun and spunky and a great listener and understood my needs and met them. I am telling everyone about this salon and specifically, Becca. Thank you aj pinder :)

Worst Customer service in a difficult situation!!. My hair is difficult....he said I could come back in if the style was not right. After a few days it was not feeling right and the reception assured me to just come in...no appt. He was RUDE, rushed and totally f*&^%d up my hair. I was so shocked that it took me about 30 min to realize what had just happened to me. I called and told a girl I was really upset....no call back, no apology, nothing. I called again and again NOTHING. Probably one of those men who cannot handle confrontation or deal with the need for apology or reconciliaton. I had to pay to get my hair fixed because I felt so awkward I wouldn't go back there.

If you have easy hair great, but if you NEED customer service, forget it.
