A pleasant surprise in portland. We try to avoid chains if possible when traveling just to experience and support the local communities. I raised an eyebrow to the ethnic aspect but with magic still in the air from Christmas, I was hopeful. My daughter always orders Mac-n-cheese everywhere we go and theirs was by far one of the best. Hidden Treasure in Portland!. I've been dining there ever since they opened. I say I'm going to try something different every time I go, but I always get the Muffletta!!! Best sandwich EVER!!! My friends and family say everthing else is great too, but I couldn't tell you!?!…

Delicious. Duke's has delicious food! Everything I have ordered has been very tasty. The decor is a tad cheesy, but the food is great! Best in Portland!

User review by vtyke. duke's has a great partially covered deck overlooking the river. their cajun is at least as good as in louisiana and they also have good old american food too-nice drinks,too.
