Unprofessional and just RUDE!!! Business run very poorly. My experience with Five Star was nothing but horrible. I was treated very unprofessionally and the service was absolutely horrible. Hard to get a hold of company and when I finally did, I really wished I hadn't. If you want the job done right, DON'T go here. You will be extremely unsatisfied!
