Dawn is the BEST!! It's like she.... Dawn is the BEST!! It's like she can read my mind and knows exactly what I want done with my hair! Everyone at Design 1 is so friendly & helpful. Makes the whole experience so enjoyable!!

The atmosphere was wonderfully.... The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing and the staff was kind and helpful. The treatments were amazing and I especially like the hot towels.

My stylist totally didn't do what.... My stylist totally didn't do what I asked of them. I got a completely different haircut and was very disappointed. I won't be back.
