Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Sleep number bed with down comforter was great. On site restaurant was good. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice lounge with a very good local Blues band playing the weekend we were there. Very nice pool; adequate fitness room.

It was a positive experience.. This hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. We stayed at this hotel because of a great deal we received through a website. The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean with all the little extras of shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. Room service was good; food was at the right temperature and the waitresses were friendly. The restaurant had some wonderful food for supper. The hotel itself is a little old but we loved the spaciousness of the room. Overall it was a positive experience.

The room was neat and clean.. The room was neat and clean. This is a must for me as a traveler. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff were friendly. The staff were friendly, the food and service impressive, and they have free WIFI. We didn't use the pool/spa but a lot of others did. They have a bar/lounge (The Landing) and the live band (Glass House) was super. We Will go again.

Our 7th flloor room had a nice view. Had a great 2 night stay here during the sports show at Devos. Our 7th flloor room had a nice view of the Grand River

The hotel is close to everything. The hotel is close to everything and it's pet friendly for a very low price. It has a very nice restaraunt and great specials, ( happy hour, etc.). We would stay again

Enjoyed the location. Really enjoyed the location! There was also a yong lady working at the front desk who was great. She was very friendly.
