This was perfect. The hotel I stayed at the first part of my work trip in Detroit was sub par, so I decided to make sure I stayed in a better hotel for the Grand Rapids portion. This was perfect. It was a little more $$ a night and there isn't free breakfast, but this Radisson is a great place for a business tripper. Comfy sleep number bed, enough space, good restaurant downstairs, fitness center, and a view of the river. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to fax things to my LA office each night, and answered any questions I had. The only complaint I can think of is that the equipment in the fitness center is from the mid 80s...but for 1 or 2 quick trips just to get in a quick sweat they'll do. Would definitely stay here again when in GR!

great staff. Great staff, great food other than breakfast. Breakfast very so so. Staff in the entire hotel is awesome. Very helpful and very nice. Bar area has a great feel and service is great, Would be nice if food was available later at night. Some sort of breafast food served all day.

Extremely comfortable. Our stay at the Radisson was very nice. The beds were new "sleep number" mattresses, extremely comfortable. We needed to use the soaps, shampoos and found then to be ample in size and a nice quality. The restaurant had a breakfast buffet which was very nice and a full menu. We tried a frittata off of the menu and really enjoyed it.

Easy, comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable rooms. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Sleep Number Bed was fun and enjoyable to play around with. Great hotel for the Grand Rapids area.

Sleep number bed with down comforter was great. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Sleep number bed with down comforter was great. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice lounge with a very good local Blues band playing the weekend we were there. Very nice pool; adequate fitness room.
