appalling service

On our 90+ degree wedding day Instyle Limo called the church to say their limos air conditioner wasn't working and they were sending another company. Instead they sent Champion Limo. The interior of the Champion Limo vehicle was filthy and smelly, the carpet was torn up, the air conditioner wasn't working, and the back door was broken and didn't shut properly, and the seat was full of bags and air fresheners. We were told the Cadilac Escalade held 18 people. We had 12 passengers and were painfully jammed in. When we called Instyle about the matter they promptly hung up on us when we told them who was calling. It cost $650.00 plus another $130.00 gratuity for 3 hours. The Bride was brought to tears before reaching the reception. What should have been a party on wheels was a very expensive fiasco! Steer clear of both Instyle and Champion limos in Grand Rapids!!!!!!!!! Take your money and run before they take it!
