worst customer service and gunsmithing.... EVER.
dont get me wrong, they have a great new gun collection, great ammo selection, great safe selection, but thats about it.. Accessory selection is ok, holster selection is mediocre, used gun
collection is very limited. Their worst feature is very poor customer service after a buy and even worse gunsmithing!!!
Several months ago i bought a brand new glock from them. Out of the box it had problems.... On several occasions I brought it back with my concerns and I was advised by there sales staff and gunsmith to keep shooting it because I was still breaking the firearm in. 700 rounds later the problem was only getting worse, and asked them to send it in to glock for warranty due to the existing defect and a new defect that had developed.
The following day I recieved a call that they "fixed" the problems... They gave me a free range pass so I could test it out, I bought a box of ammo, and the 2nd round I fired hit me in the forehead (the original problem). I again requested that they send my gun back to glock for warranty... Two weeks and several phone calls later they finally sent it out! Their fix for my original problem was taking a pair of pliers and bending my extractor by hand. An extractor on a glock is a piece of stamped metal molded into a piece of polymer (plastic). It doesnt take an expert to know plastic breaks alot easier than metal...…
Silver Bullet makes evryone feel welcome. I bought my first gun at Silver Bullet and now have taken 3 friends threre to buy their first pistols too. I read all the online reviews and like most other shoppers paid more attention to the negative ones and was leary going there. My experience was great! Contrary to other reviews, all the staff was very nice, helpful, and not arrogant. I had no first hand experience with guns but had read tons of stuff online, and they answered all my novice, ignorant, or stupid questions without judgement. They were patient and enthusiastic about someone getting into shooting sports. The sales people are very informed, and helped me find the best options for my needs. They did not show favortism to any brand and did not try to sell me the most expensive gun in my price range. The range is run efficiently, orderly and everyone is firmly and fully advised the the safety procedures to be followed, a protocol I appreciate. The staff helped me and did not judge my lack of experience, and in doing so earned my repeat business.…
