We called Nicholsons to have our system started for the year. Chris called us back and recommenced we wait a few weeks due to the weather. My co-worker had already had their system turned on and had a friend. We had a guy do it on the side for 50.00. Well, a few nights ago the thing outside froze and water went everywhere. We called my co workers friend. He just said "sorry". He wouldn't even come out and shut the water off. I felt awful and Called Nicholsons. Mike and another gentleman came out with in two hours and shut the water off. They didn't even charge me. The said we would worry about it in a few weeks when the weather was better. Nicholsons is our sprinkling guy from now on. They are the few that still care.

We LOVE Nicholson's!!!. Thank you for your excellent customer service with our sprinkling system. Our original sprinkling system was installed by Oasis on June 17, 1999. We had many problems with the system and their poor customer service. We’d leave message after message and receive no responses. We had to have parts replaced constantly and issues were never taken care of in a timely manner. After dealing with them for 5 years, we gave up and called you. That was the best thing we could have ever done! You helped us within 24 hours and have been doing a fantastic job ever since. Since 2004, you have replaced the old Oasis system with your fabulous products. Due to these fabulous products, we usually only need your services for spring start-up and for winter shut-down. We also appreciated the way that you actually took the time to teach us how to use our system so it runs economically and best for our lawn.

You are definitely the best around. We look forward to seeing you twice a year!

We have been very happy with our sprinkler system. Nicholsons originally installed the system when we built our house eight years ago. Since then we have had Nicholsons winterize every year and inspect for any damage. We would highly recommend Nicholsons for anyone considering a lawn sprinkling system.

My husband and I have had our underground sprinkling system for eleven years. It seems like today companies are just going through the motions. Nicholsons is the exception. They did a wonderful job for us and our lawn has been beautiful year after year. There prices are by far the best. When we added on our pole barn they trenched in the wire for us for 100.00. Our electrician wanted 600.00. It was so hot this year that our neighbors finally had it done. I work in quality control and these guys are good. I watched them install my neighbors system and they are as efficient as I have ever seen. They had two guys putting the pipe in with a big machine. A few guys were digging the holes. they had a girl putting the heads on. Another guy was burying the holes. Nice work Nicholsons. Keep it up.

By far the best in town! I called Nicholsons last year for a bid. A gentleman came out and was fairly nice. He just seemed to be preoccupied with other things. The bid he sent me was professional and the price was the best of the bids I received. We didn't end up doing it because we were just to busy with work and the kids. Anyway. I ended up calling them back as I heard an ad on the radio. This time the owner himself actually came out. Well let me tell you. Chris is by far the most knowledgeable and nicest person you could ever meet. My husband asked him question after question and with out fail he knew his business. We are extremely happy we used them. Just do your self a favor and ask if Chris can do your estimate. He had the best prices and has been in the business for 20 years. What a wonderful experience. Thanks Nicholsons!

Dear Nicholsons' Underground Sprinkling,

Thanks so much for the great job and service. I painstakingly researched underground sprinkling and your company before I chose you. My conclusion is this. I found 54 reviews that were excellent and a few that were not. I found no reviews in the middle. I called seven customers from your referral list. I spoke with four. They all had excellent things to say. I personally met with Chris. He was and is by far the best and most knowledgeable person I had come in contact with from the companies that supplied me with estimates. I was planning on paying for the system but instead took advantage of the zero percent financing. I have twelve equal payments with no interest. They had the best price and the best selection. There were a few humps in the yard and I called Chris. He came out to see me and told me they would go back down by themselves and that the ground was very hard due to the weather. Funny thing...they did. It took two weeks just like he said. My yard is beautiful. My only regret is not getting underground sprinkling sooner. I will tell you it is truly a rare bird to find such a great company. I don't think they are the biggest company. They are definitely the best! Tell my neighbor Doug, "hello" next week when you install his lawn. Darla

I have delt with Chris since having my original system installed over 15 years ago. His cell phone numer is even the same. The company does a wonderful job. My underground sprinkling has been woderful year after year. The reason I know this is that I called him my self today. There is a person named Ike. (not sure on the spelling) who used to work there calling and representing himself as the original company. He apparently has started a new company and is need of work. Chris told me that they are pursuing legal action. The fact is. Nicholsons is a wonderful company. Make sure you deal with Chris. I will be happy to reccomend Nicholsons and testify on Chris' behalf. Thanks for the great service Chris.

We had our Toro underground sprinkling system installed by Nicholsons several years ago. It has worked flawlessly. The service for winter shut downs has always been very good. My husband and I had recently put in a pool and the system was damaged when the pool company dug the hole. We called Nicolsons on Monday and all their technicians were busy until Thursday. We called another company in the phone book that was close to us. They were able to come out immediately. We called Nicholsons and cancelled. To our surprise, one week and eleven hundred dollars later the system still wasn't working. We called Nicholsons back and asked for the owner to call us back. Sure enough, Chris called us back that night at around 7:00 PM. He sent Sam out the next afternoon with a few workers. They were polite and started to work. They rerouted the big line with the wires and re-did the entire back yard in less than three hours. The bill was fair and everything works great again. All I can say is that Nicholsons Underground Sprinkling is a great company. I highly recommended them.

Very nice job. I had my underground sprinkling system installed by Nicholsons a few weeks ago. They had the best price and the work was excellent. The lawn looks so nice you can't even tell they were here. My father in law just gave them a call. I checked two other places and they are by far the best. I would highly recommend them.
