Making Things Right..
I visited Jude's last week and had a problem with a bad hair cut and a stylist who was under the weather. I contacted Jude's management about the situation. Not only did they apologize, but they refunded my money and gave me credit to come back and get a new cut once the hair grew back.
Thanks Jude's for backing my confidence in an already great business.
