Beautiful!. The Crown Jewel Spa was awesome, from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave they are friendly and ready to get whatever you need. Amanda did a great job on my hair cut and color, I definitely will be returning. The prices are a little higher than what i usually pay, however, the heated/massage shampoo chair, the heated towels, the drinks, and the atmosphere are worth it!

Beautiful Atmosphere & Great Staff!. I received a gift card to Crown Jewel Spa & Salon. I had never been there before but was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. I was greeted by a friendly, helpful staff and was asked if I cared for any beverages. The atmosphere is beautiful and tranquil - a perfect place to relax and be pampered! I will definitely go back here. My only complaint is that the prices are pretty steep. My manicure was $45. If the cost isn't relevant, then this is definitely the best spa/salon in Grand Rapids!

Love!. The atmosphere is gorgeous. I just love that it's quiet and relaxing. The staff is amazing and makes sure that you have whatever you need at all times. This place is the best...enjoy it.

Crown Jewel Spa and Salon. Very professional clientel and staff. Consistently seeking ways to improve your experience. Very skilled hair stylists. Appreciate the water that they offer as you leave as well as the beverage when you enter. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and no horrible chemical ordors that you usually find in other salons. Highly recommended. Expensive for what they offer, however.

Best massage I've ever had. Staff couldn't do enough for me. Offered water, hang my coat up, warm towels for hands. Masseuse was excellent - very well trained. Will definitely return.

Most beautiful salon & spa in town!!. The Crown Jewel is honestly the most beautiful salon i have ever been to! The front desk immediately made me feel welcomed, and offered me a variety of drinks as well as a warm eucalyptus hand towel. I spent the entire afternoon getting spa treatments as well as a cut and color. Angela was amazing! She listened to me, and gave me exactly what i wanted with my hair. She also offered some great suggestions. I felt like they really cared about my experience. Thanks girls! I will be back!
