Beautiful Atmosphere & Great Staff!. I received a gift card to Crown Jewel Spa & Salon. I had never been there before but was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. I was greeted by a friendly, helpful staff and was asked if I cared for any beverages. The atmosphere is beautiful and tranquil - a perfect place to relax and be pampered! I will definitely go back here. My only complaint is that the prices are pretty steep. My manicure was $45. If the cost isn't relevant, then this is definitely the best spa/salon in Grand Rapids!…

Crown Jewel Spa and Salon. Very professional clientel and staff. Consistently seeking ways to improve your experience. Very skilled hair stylists. Appreciate the water that they offer as you leave as well as the beverage when you enter. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and no horrible chemical ordors that you usually find in other salons.
