It really is yummy. My roommate and I just moved to the area and were looking for some takeout. We were a little thrown off by the name but after reading a few reviews we took a chance...and glad we did! I was surprised when we ordered they asked if we wanted dark or white meat chicken. Should be re-named "Inedible Wok". This place doesn't deserve any stars. Absolutely disgusting. This isn't even food, by most people's definition. I ordered chicken lo mein, something simple and something familiar (have eaten it at over a dozen Chinese restaurants). The noodles were NOT lo mein noodles but some string burnt to a crisp and slathered wit hblack looking grease, as was the nearly non-existant chicken and vegetables. Worst of all I paid seventeen freaking dollars for it and they refused to refund it unless I brought the quickly discarded food back to the restaurant. As it had already been buried in the garbage and taken to the dumpster, this was not a possibility and my request to have it refunded to my card was denied! Absolutely appalling experience. And to think the place is called Yummy Wok...it really should be renamed as the Inedible Wok.…
This place is wonderful!. It was wonderful. We ordered the day prior for most orders, and even when we called the day of, we had people who could understand english take the order, and deliver it properly. I am not prejudice, but customer service definitely relys on the ability to understand orders and fill them correctly. We never have had an issue with this place! Its wonderful! Food has always been hot, always very tasty, and on time. Unlike other restaurants in that area, who have no one on phones who took orders correctly, or could understand english, and then deliver half your order for a board meeting. Very uncool. But Yummy Wok has all thumbs up from me!!!…
This place sux. This place isn't so good. I see alot of good reviews for this and i can't help but wonder where they ate chinese food from in the past. My cousin works here and even they dont enjoy the food there. ive ate there once or twice and their food wasnt all people make it out to be. their crabcheese tastes like plastic and their sauces are to thick. their service isnt good either i had to wait for 2 hours for them to deliver my food. and their excuse was that the restaurant was busy i never even recieved a phone call freom them statin they will b a lil late and the owner yum he burns ants with a blowtorch durin his free time…
