Vasaio Life Spa

The place to be to take care of Yourself. This is by far the best place I have ever been to take care of myself. My friends and I drive from Muskegon to Grand Rapids to all get laser treatment. We absolutely love Patty and love how she takes care of us. She has been wonderful walking us through our first laser treatments. I can't believe the difference and will love the fact that I will no longer be waxing.

Walking into Vasio, I also could not believe all the wonderful services they offer. They are currently running an awesome special for laser treatment, which I must say is a steal. The staff is so friendly and will take care of you and help you to also take care of yourself.…

World's Worst Experience (but maybe getting better?). I am giving the Spa another chance (and another star), after management has apologized very genuinely for my previous experiences. I am leaving this narrative about my past appointments on-line so people can know what kind of experience I had. I will update my experience and increase the rating as necessary:

I have never been treated so poorly than I was at Vasaio Spa!! I have been there 2 times now, and both times I was treated like absolute garbage by the receptionist. This is truly a business that will never get any of my money after my Groupon is redeemed!! The receptionist is EXTREMELY stuck-up and makes no effort to be cordial or even business-like! She sighs, rolls her eyes and a number of other mannerisms that make you feel like you are a bother to her and the business. I not only feel like I am NOT valued as a customer, but I KNOW that the receptionist could care less. I do not ask for much, but I do deserve to be treated with respect. The receptionist has single-handedly ruined the Vasaio Spa. I have told all of my friends about my experience and everyone is shocked because the Spa has such a good reputation. Poor choice in employees will prevent me from ever going back. There are plenty of other reputable spas in the area that I know would love to have anyone come through their doors, but Vasaio is not one of them.…

WORST customer service!!!!!!. I have never left a place of business more upset than when I went here to redeem my groupon. The receptionist was very stuck up and super short with every response. She even rolled her eyes at me. When your job is to greet people and schedule appointments it shouldn't be that difficult for you. When I met with Patti the esthetician she basically talked down to me the entire time. Spoke to me like I was an idiot and rushed me out of the appointment. I was completely misinformed about the service I scheduled and not given complete information. When I told her this, she blamed me for not asking the right questions!!!! I would not recommend this place at all.…

Customer service excellent!. Very good customer service. I had an issue and they resolved it immediately. The Groupon offer was outstanding, and the additional service offered at the spa were top notch. I have recommended the services to all my friends.…
