I have had 4 contacts with Kim at Kim Kriner's Bridal Boutique and in each one she was rude and unprofessional. Her website shows mediocre work. I do not recommend anyone wanting quality or good customer service do business with her!
Taking stress out of my favorite wedding detail.. Kim Kriner's Wedding Boutique is personable with no pressure sales. I went in looking for a great deal on a wedding dress during a BIG sales week. I found a dress I really liked among tons of options and got great help from the sales woman. She really knows her products and she knows how to show you what you want and then letting you decide without pressure. My loss was that I passed on the dress that week and missed the great sale, but it was still there later at a decent price. She understood my budget was tight and really worked with me.
Kim Kriners was an over all disappointment.. I have been in my fair share of bridal shops over the years and I have never been disappointed in a bridal shop until I was a customer at Kim Kriners. First off their customer service was terrible. I went to pick up my dress and the lady working there brought it up stairs hung it up and didn?t say a word to me. Then went behind the desk and continued working. I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her. I picked up my dress and helped myself to a fitting room, while the lady working continued to ignore me. I got the dress out of the bag and it looked like they had taken it straight out of the box and slapped it on a hanger. It was completely wrinkled. I thought it was a bridal shops job to make a dress presentable, maybe run a steamer over it? My next and biggest complaint is the fact that they ordered the wrong color sash for the bridesmaid?s dresses. They informed the bride that there was nothing they could do besides have the bride go out and try to find the right color and they would recover them. Considering that the wedding was under a month away that is not a very logical solution. So the bride decided to keep them as is, and asked if there could be any compensation for THEIR mistake, and they said there was nothing they would do.
Best Service. I went into Kim Kriners after a very sad trip to a well known bridal shop. The people at the other shop were so condisending about my weight, that I felt I was too big to get a wedding dress. Mind you I'm a size 16-18. when I got to Kim Kriners I was given immediate attention. The lady there was with me every step of the way. I found my dream wedding gown and she helped me put everything together. I walked out of the store feeling that I will be the most beautiful bride ever. That's how wedding dress shopping should be
Shady like a maple tree!. Check your dress...because if it was the same size as the floor model, its probably the floor model! I went to Kim's because I needed to order my dress with the hopes of getting it before May. I already knew everything I wanted and paid in full at the time I placed the order. I ordered the same size as the floor model. I wanted a NEW dress because the floor model was tattered. I went back with a fellow bride who was shopping for her dress, and magically from the basement my dress was in?!? So, I put it on and notice a snag, two dirty spots, a torn closure and beads missing with the string just sticking out. This was the floor model. They assured me they could fix the flaws but I was not happy. I had to insist that if this was in fact the new dress, that they send it back to the manufacture's as "defected." That's when the lies started. I was clever enough to look on the floor for the model I had tried on, before saying I thought it was the floor model. Sure enough, the floor model was no where to be found. They told me the floor model was a different size, that it sold two weeks ago, and lied and lied. Finally, I was snapped at rudely and told they would re-order my dress. I couldn't trust them but I had no choice. I waited and in 3 months I got a new dress. I had them leave it in the shipped box and everything. Just don't go here. Not worth the shady treatment.
Perfect dress at a great price with Excellent service!. I went in to Kim Kriner's just to take a look at what they had available. I went early in the day on a Tuesday - about 10:30am and had the shop to myself. Katie, the sales lady on duty, personally showed me around the store, showing me where to find the sale gowns, clearance gowns, regularly priced gowns, etc. She pointed out a small area of discontinued Maggie Sottero gowns that were not only on sale, but were marked down an additional $200 off if priced over $500 or 20% off if priced under $500. With Katie's help, I found quite a few dresses to try on. I let her know the elements of the dress I was looking for: apron front, lace-up back, halter or sweetheart neckline and she searched the regularly priced dresses while I looked through the sale dresses. She took all of the dresses to the dressing room for me. The first dress I tried on was one of the Maggie gowns. It was the first and last gown I tried on at this store! Katie took the time to fully lace up the back of the dress and arrange the gown so I could see the full effect. It was perfect! After finding my perfect dress at a *STEAL*, Katie offered to bring me various veils for me to try on to go with the dress. Although I haven't chosen my veil yet, I purchased the gown on the spot! With my purchase, they offered a 10% discount on any of their accessories - including shoes and veils. They also offered 10-15% discount for my bridesmaids if they purchase their gowns from them also. And they will give me $25 off the cleaning of my gown after my wedding. I couldn't be happier with my find! Thanks to Kim Kriner's, I have my dream dress at a fraction of the retail cost! Alterations can be done right at the shop, so I won't have to drive around town to get them done. Katie was very nice and very accomidating. She let me browse without being pushy, but remained close enough to assist me at all times. This was a wonderful experiece and I will be telling all of my friends to check this place out too!
Pushy sales staff. The staff at this store doesn't really care about what the bride wants. The just want to make the sale.
