Outstanding!. After a long day of going to many of the Stores around Grand Rapids we finished at Bella Sposa. I wish we had started there. We were all so tired and cranky when we got there, they had us laughing and in a great mood by the time we left. The staff was patient, friendly, helpful and listened better than any of the other stores we had been in that day. We had found a few things that we liked, but nothing we loved. We found 4 dresses that were in our budget and that we loved. It was really difficult to narrow them down, but we managed. We placed our order. The communication that we experienced through out the duration of the planning was outstanding. The service we recieved was outstanding. The pricing was very fair and for what we recieved I would also say that was outstanding. When we did make sure to make appointments everything went amazingly smooth and well. The times when one of our party went in without an appointment they still managed to take care of us. We are SUPER SATISFIED and strongly reccommend this business. My friends will definitely be starting here!…

Worst customer service. Looking for a bra for my wedding dress ......Tried Bella Spousa on Plainfield first because it's closer but owner was RUDE. Refused to let us look (even though she told me we could stop in and look). Said she only deals with people by appointment. Offered to let us wait for 30-45 min IN OUR CAR for her employee to come in. NO THANKS!!!! Won't ever go there again.

AND she was 20 min late opening her store to begin with. When I was going out a girl came in and she wanted a prom dress and the 'woman' told her someone would be with her" in just a minute" and did she have an appointment. Girl said" no" and "NO PROBLEM" is her response. GRRRRR!!!!
