Disappointing

First off, I do have to say that the staff I worked with were all really nice. The girl that did my hair removal all 7 times was very friendly and easy to work with. That being said, the lazer hair removal process did not work :( I paid $750 for my bikini area, and it looks like NOTHING has been done. I am really upset that I had to pay that much money for no difference. If I want to go back for more treatments, I have to pay more money. VERY disappointing.

Dr. PreFontaine at Indigo MedSpa

I have to say that Dr. PreFontaine is the best Dr. for BOTOX in Grand Rapids. I had gone to another facility because they offered me a coupon, but I was so unhappy with my results that I had to go back to Dr. PreFontaine at Indigo, and will continue to stick with him from here on out! He explains everything in a way that you can understand, he takes his time, and I get results! The staff is great, as well, always taking the time to explain special rebates and rewards programs. They truly seem to care about their clients and getting results, going the extra mile with customer service! I love Indigo MedSpa and would recommend them to anyone!

I am 37 yrs. old, and the past few years I have noticed my skin changing. I started to get age spots and freckles that I never had. One day I complimented a mother of a child at my kids' school on her complexion. She told me about Obagi so I gave Sona MedSpa a call and got set up right away. I have four kids that make me very busy so I don't have a lot of time for myself. But Obagi doesn't take long to use. It's just 4 simple steps in the morning and at night.
The Obagi product has been such a positive confidence booster for me. My skin looks the way it did 10 yrs. ago. I now feel comfortable without wearing foundation...I don't even need cover up anymore! Now... I've been getting compliments on my complexion. Friends ask if I've lost weight or give me a compliment on my hair. When really I think they just can't pinpoint that my complexion has changed.
I am big on customer service and Sona MedSpa made me feel very comfortable. They stayed in touch with me, making sure I'm happy with their services. I think Obagi would be a great gift for someone.
