unreliable. I purchased a used car from Vollman Ford. They advertised the car with accessories it DID NOT have. I asked for a receipt for warranty, was told it would be mailed to me, also sent 2 emails, no response. PLEASE do not waste your time with this company that doesn't follow through with what they say. Fraud/bait & switch??!?
