Terrible customer service and blatant liars. I had an intern named Sammi cut my hair. I showed her the pixie haircut I wanted and she started razoring away when all of sudden she stops and starts tugging my hair. She said, "You have a mole here. It's really dark and kind of makes it look like I cut a hole out in your hair." Well SHE DID cut a hole out in my hair. It wasn't until I got home and washed my head that I felt the hole and the razor sharp edges around it. I took pictures of it and called the next day. They told me they'd just send a gift certificate to my address and confirmed the address. One week later, I still didn't have it so I called again. They apologized and said they'd sent it out the day before. This goes on for four weeks. My mom finally went in and talked to the manager Russ. They said they juuuust sent one out and then proceeded to laugh behind my mom's back. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE LIARS! I don't care if you offer all these amenities during a haircut (which I didn't receive anyway)... they are not nice people and have terrible business practices.

Happy with Heidi Christine's. Been a long time customer of the salon and have always been happy with this salon. They also do great massages!

Great Salon. I tried this salon based on a referral of a good friend after my hair was messed up by another salon. The stylist not only stayed late to work me in but she was able to totally fix the my disastrous hair. Now I am a loyal customer and have been happy every since. Another great thing is that I am absolutely hooked on their facials and their facial products by G.M. Collins....I LUV LUV LUV this stuff!!!

Surprised. I stumbled upon this site and was surprised by some of the other reviews and felt that I needed to post my experience as I am a customer of Heidi Christine's. I don't know if disgruntled employees are posting or what but my experiences have been totally the opposite. I think the salon is decorated very comfortably and is comparable to any of the other high end salons that I have been to in the past. As for pricing, I don't think in the three years I have been going there they have changed their prices at all and every service I have received has been worth the price every time. They are also very nice and friendly here and make you feel comfortable. 100% recommend.

I got everything I payed for and more. I went in to get a massage a few weeks ago (I get massages regularly) and I was very impressed. The gal really new what she was doing, I felt wonderful, my aches and pains were gone!. After I was done she offered me a choice of a complimentary service, I wasn't sure at first but she reassured me it was completely free of charge. So I got my hair shampooed and styled for free! The girl doing my hair even went through some styling tips and taught me a better way of doing my hair! Overall a great experience!

Dirty, tacky, I would recommend Vasiao instead.. I received a gift certificate for a day of beauty. I was very disgusted. The spa room had concete walls and was cold. The service was less than average. The decor is tacky and the salon seems dirty. I had some $ left over so tried I tried Ada instead, the decorations from christmas were still up in febuary, and they looked like someones leftovers from home...nothing matched. I would not return to heidi christines.

Expensive.. and NOT worth it.. This place seems nice when you walk in... they ask if you want anything to drink.. and its 'free'. I think you end up paying for it in the end. The service I came in for was partial highlights... the total was $140! Last time I had haircut and high light, it equal to $140 also. So how is it that I came in this time without haircut and it was STILL $140?!?!? Explanation: "our prices went up since you were last here"...which was ONLY 2 months ago!!!! Just for them to blow-dry your hair was $22 dollars!! I am NEVER going back.
