A horrible experience with this company. The owner Ron is a liar. He presents himself as knowledgeable and talks a good game, but when fixing one thing on our TV, he broke another and would not come back until after a week of calling, and then claimed it had nothing to do with him but he didn't know how to fix it. He blew his breath on our new part and into the back of our $2500 TV to clear dust on his original visit, which I am sure spit is not healthy for electronics, and we had paid him $200 for a service call. We have tried to resolve the matter with Mitsubishi now as it was them who contacted Ron at North Rapids as an authorized dealer to work on our TV in the first place and they will not help as the issue is not our original issue and was caused by Ron. Then when they called Ron he lied to them and said we never contacted him regarding the issue even though we have called upwards of 15 times. We are stressed out, unhappy, had horrible customer service and have circle blotches all over our TV screen now and have no idea what to do next. Use someone else, anyone else.

This was a very positive experience. We called Mitsubishi on Sunday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning with the part. Ron (the owner) came out and fixed the TV very quickly. He gave us tips to keep the unit running in the future. I was very pleased and Ron was great.

This place is a joke, never take your television here. At first they were nice people but then I was hung up on and ignored. It has been 15 days and they still don't know what is wrong with it even though I gave them a word by word description of what it is doing. This was a horrible experience and I hope you take it somewhere else so you do not have to go through this major headache... I was going to get it dropped off tomorrow but since they don't have 2 people in the truck I have to wait until they can figure something out. If you are paying to have your television repaired you shouldn't have to help load it and unload it, they should be doing all the work, after all that is what you are paying for...

Stay away or you will find out like I did...

Really Bad Experience. The entire issue was very stressful and bad for me as a customer. I was charged money for pick up and delivery and never refunded the difference when he didn't return the set. When the older gentlemen came by to pick up the unit, I needed to help them because they were close to 70 years old. The person I dealt with the most, was the owner Ron.

I was promised 2.5 day turn around on repair. It was over 12 weeks before I got a result. The owner kept putting himself in a place, where it was apparent he wasn't honest professional.

Would buy an extra week, by always blaming someone else or it was about parts delivery not being on time. During this time, he would tell me that TV's could be sold for scrap as he knew someone, or next week he guaranteed it would be fixed.

End result is I paid over $120 for him to pick up the 61 inch big screen had to move it and load by myself. Cost me over $160 in cable bills while I waited for him. Then in the end when I read the parts list on the last closing statement, the parts listed were around $22 while he guessed how to fix it for three months.

I feel like he was incredibly dishonest during all of this. He even went so far one time to tell me, "We took it apart and cannot remember how to put it back together to work again." Did he truthfully give me fair service, I feel like he didn't.

Wouldn't go back to him ever. Out almost a few hundred dollars, and never saw my TV again. Just hated the fact that he lied so long to me.

All he needed to be was honest and say, "I don't know how to fix it, and I will return the unit to your house." With that I could have understood the issue and accepted it, and found someone who could have done the job.

Real good guys!!!. Referred by Samsung warranty service, glad I found them! The technician I spoke to was very straightforward on the phone even before I even took my tv in for repair. Everything was clear, and EVERYONE at this business is friendly and well-spoken. Techs not even dealing with me asked me if I needed assistance and were thoughtful. Someone made a remark about and older employee, how can you even take their remarks seriously?? I'd trust someone like this tech before a young punk who does not know how to communicate or really knows his stuff. Things have changed, sure, however my friends, it's all ELECTRONICS. He was very intelligent and courteous, and I'm an-ex technician myself. I will recommend them to anyone I know. I inquired about services and fees and was really impressed how inexpensive they are. Do not throw that tv away yet, seriously! At least get a quote! This business is well managed, and layed-out well; very convenient location also. Thanks gang!!

No results, slow servce, but nice people. Bad luck on my part. This is the second TV that had problem shortly after I bought it. Both times, the company (brand of TV) sent me to this place. Both time it took over a month to do something. But, in the second case, they could not locat the problem with TV.

But, the people are nice there. I do not know how much that helps , though.

Great Service. The service was great, the people were professional and friendly. We got our Sony TV back in a short period of time after complex repairs were completed.

I recommend this organization to anyone that has reasonable expectations when it comes to electronics repair.

never take your t.v here. To make a long story short they took my t.v. 4 times and never fixed a thing they would tell me one thing and turn around and tell samsung another they don't no what the hell they're doing at all i wouldn't tell even my worst enemy to take their t.v to them for one the guy that fixes them is like in his 70's and not that that is bad but he didn't even no how to play a dvd that i did of my t.v messing up i had to put it in their computer for him and play it cuz he didn't no what he was doing so now that i finally got throw to samsung that they didn't no what they were doing I'm taking my t.v some where else and i hope and pray they no what they are doing
