Really good experience. Great selection, fair price, and a lot of random cool stuff like clocks, watches, engraving, etc.

AWESOME!! I bought a Diamond from this place and everywhere I go I am told by professionals that its worth way more than I paid for it. Also, check out their watches if you're tired of people with no product in stock! :)

#1 Jewelry Store!!!!! I had such a great experience at Richard Engels Jewelers. My family has been coming here for years for all their jewelry needs; watches, engagement rings, pandora, and clocks. I recently went to go sell my gold and I had started at a different store. Then I went to Engels and they beat the price I got earlier buy $100!!!! I had a few gold items for sale. The staff is great!!!! I will do all my jewelry shopping and buying at Engels!!!!

Wouldn't shop here again.. I went there to look at engagement rings and actually left quite frustrated. Their selection was a little out dated and there were people on both sides of me haggling over selling used items. One of them was arguing loudly with a customer about the price they were being offered. I would not recommend this place.

NOT SO FANTASTIC. I went to this business to sell some jewelry. They kind of give you the run around, unlike my experiences with other jewelers in the GR area. Instead of giving me a price or saying "no thanks, we aren't buying right now" they insist I give them a "price that I had in mind". So, I give them a price out of the air. I was selling a 1 carat diamond ring, a pair of .25 carat studs, and another .30 carat diamond earrings. After much dancing around the gal told me they would give me $150 for all three peices. I had to ask her to repeat herself as this was not only rediculous but insulting. This was my first vist to this establishment and my last. I wish they would stop advertising that they are buying gold and diamonds on the tv and in my paper if they are going to do nothing but waste a person's time. I will not be returning. I suggest you go elsewhere too if this is your intention.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!. Beautiful jewelry, great service, best prices, good location,i would reccomend this place to anyone looking for any kind of jewelry.
