I got the shake down - not good!. OK the return or LACK OF RETURN POLICY is all wrong. If you walk out the door as I did with something pricey - which I never even took out of the bag, changed my mind about, but they will not take it back, and no its not glass, come on folks. The posted sign is a tiny card hidden, this was just wrong. Finally after arguing for a bit they said they would give me a store credit but by then I kept the scale because I am never going back there again, that was uncalled for after shopping there for years. And I will not - go back. Ever.

customer service and return policy terrible. The clerk completely lied and told me how something worked and obviously did not know as I went home and on the site of the purchased product and it was nothing like she explained. So I go back and explain I would like something else as this was not what I was told it was. From there on in I got treated as if I was not there and then when I checked out they told me no cash back even that I just bought it 25 minutes ago and was told it was used one way and they were completely wrong. And the new product I got is poor quality, just go to a quality store, this is a hack shop.

wow! It does not get cooler or more friendly than this!. I wrote one reveiw but it won't go thru! Darn! it was so my deepest feeling about this place now its erased! I don't have time to write it all again so I will just say, go there, smell the air , feel the great energy, meet the kindest people. Phat glass, incense, sundresses and gifts that would spark anyones mind. I loved the people that are working there and the vibe. A must see in Grand Rapids. It just does not get any better.. Peace out! ONE LOVE !
