Worst Restaurant. On 04/20/2012, I ordered food for my family which consisted of three meals and 3 egg rolls. When I got the food home, there was one complete meal missing. I called Hunan to simply inform and requested to have the meal ready for me to pick up.

When I showed up to pick up the meal, the management demanded that I go back home and pick up the rest of the food and bring it back to them. Managament was very unreasonable, refused to give me the meal they shorted me (which cost me approximately $10) and then called the police on me because they did not want to make their wrong RIGHT!

I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. This place is truly pathetic and customer service is aweful. From this point forward I will be ordering from FIRST WOK!!!!

#1 Chinese Food in GR. This has been our favorite Chinese restaurant for 12 years. We now drive across town to get our favorite Chinese food. Great service every time. Mongolian Chicken is my favorite and my husband loves the Hunan chicken. Best hot and sour soup as well!!

Best Chinese food in GR. This is the only place I go for Chinese food anymore, other than the Hunan on 44th Street. Food is always fresh, service is very friendly, hot and sour soup is delicious! I love the pork with chinese vegetables (add cashews), and their sesame chicken, which is a little spicier and more interesting than most places.
