<<<<<RIP OFF>>>>>>I got a used car from car city last year. I have taken it to them 6 times for repairs. Car had to be towed twice. I am still having problems with the motor and car city will not fix it. I start my car every morning and it sound like a can of marbles shaking in the motor. Its bad. My car is still under the car city warranty and they still will not fix it. What I am told is they can not fix it because its not broken YET. Ok its not broken but anyone can tell the motor is getting bad and is on its last leg and to add salt to a open cut. I have to listen to the car every morning and nothing I can do about it besides Keep paying on a car with a bad motor. I just want to let everyone, that is thinking about going to car city. DON'T.

got ripped off.
I bought a 2001 ford explorer sport 3 1/2 years ago, I have put more money into this pile then its worth, water pump, belts, brakeline, head gasket, thermostat......that was in the first year!!!!!! I have 3 payments left, I called and asked for a extention before christmas so I could pay for gifts for my familey. I was told If i go pass FRIDAY my SUV would be shut off ....on christmas!!!!! I have never called to have them fix anything on my SUV ... pissed they would do that to a customer of 3 1/2 years....discusted with CAR CITY!!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO PLASTER THIS ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER.....REALLY? MERRY CHRISTMAS CAR CITY
P.S. IT MADE ME GIVE IT A STAR ...U GET NONE!!
