Government Employees. Hey what would you expect Government Employees have jobs for life. The real fun begins when you fools who voted for Obama try to use Obamacare! But then it is only your life you placed in the Governments hands so don't worry be happy!

What a joke. Imagine what health care will be like in the hands of government...they can't get a phone service to work, or people to answer questions...

What a joke!. You cannot even get through to update your address with these people, I've been calling for weeks. If they don't have the right address then you can't get your pin to use the site to follow your claim, or even certify using the online system. Their hours of operation suck too 9am to 3pm, Some people work 6am-3pm, and live an hour away.

Unemployment office hours??. It would be helpful to many if hours of operation were included. Some folks have to drive a hour to get there. I agree, that the phone system currently being used is highly ineffective! Come on people, if the average Joe can set up a simple system for their personal business (fax, answering service, website) why can't our government? Lord help us.

Phone number USELESS!. What is the point in having a phone number if no one can get thru to them to talk to a LIVE PERSON! A LOT of times your automated systems DONT WORK and there is NO WAY to get word to the PERSONNEL Department. If Marvin dont work, how does one get their UI? Is this a scam to prevent people from getting what is due to them? Sure seems like it.
