Highly Satisfied. My experience has been exactly the opposite of Bill's. I reported a concern and promptly received a detailed and informative response. Their attention to my concern was all I could have asked for and more. I have taken my pets to Cascade for the past 7 years. One is a special needs cat who can present a treatment challenge. Skill, professionalism, and love for their patients are abundant in all the doctors and staff. I would recommend Cascade to anyone who cares about their pets' well-being.…
Male lab incontinence after neutering. I brought my black lab male who was one year old, for a neutering. We were told that Dr Siegle would be doing the surgery, but as it turned out he had another Dr do the procedure. My boy has been incontinent ever since, after never having an accident even as a pup. We were told that he had an enlarged bladder and were offered no treatments for the problem. We went to another vet and tried testosterone injections with no results. We now have to live with incontinence every day with a two year old beautiful black lab. Very dissapointing.…
Highly recommended!. We have enjoyed having Dr. Siegle and his staff as our veterinarian for many years, and will continue to do so even though we live further away than we used to. Everyone there, from the Dr. to his vet assistants and the office staff, is always wonderfully helpful, friendly, compassionate, and caring of our pets. They always go the extra mile to give us great care. They always greet us and our pets like old friends, and we highly recommend them.…
These vets love pets!. I am very impressed with this clinic. After working with several clinics through rescue, I can honestly say my best experience has been here. I have a rescue pitbull who is scared of going up on the table for exams, so instead, are you ready for this... the doctor sat down to the floor and examined her on her hands and knees! Everything they do is for the animals. I highly recommend this vet clinic; my small and large dogs both love it.…
Short of AMAZING!. I just recently moved to the GR area and was referred to Cascade Animal Hospital by several people at the local dog park. My experiance there was amazing!! The Receptionist were so helpful and they even contacted my old veterinary clinic and had all the information of what my pet needed before I had gotten to my appt. I was blown away to see the amount of clients that were coming in and out, the phones ringing off the wall, and everyone of the staff members smiled and seemed absolutely in control of everything. I was immediately greeted as I walked in. Sitting in the lobby waiting to see the vet, this clinic has several awards posted in the lobby for being the BEST by readers of the local magazine for several years now. When I got into my appointment, the technician was soo informative and was nothing but loving to my Tucker, 5 yr old blk lab.
