Chilly Restaurant

My wife and I visited Great Lakes Shipping this evening. We were seated at a table for two on the north side of the restaurant. The restaurant is heated very poorly. It couldn't have been higher than 60 degrees where we were seated. I asked for a different table more toward the middle of the restaurant and away from the windows, but was told that all other tables were reserved. There were empty tables all over the restaurant.

Service was poor. Coffee refills were slow and our waitress was no where to be found most of the evening. The food was good, but then it should be considering the high prices. ($20 for salmon)

I will not return to Great Lakes Shipping anytime soon.

Poor quality meat, Poor quality Staff.

Why did I return for a 2nd time? Meat was ordered Medium Rare. Was Served Medium Well. I returned it twice. We left after 3rd attempt. They wanted us to pay for our drinks. We refused. Went to Louis Benton.
