Pleasant and personable service. Repair took a while, because used parts can be difficult to find. But they did not stop trying and eventually found the part at a very reasonable price. It's unfortunate that my tv's break, but fortunately I've worked with Millbrook twice...both with good results.
Samsung Repair

Called manufacturer on Saturday, repair store was closed on the weekend, but by 1 pm on Monday the technician had been to my house, fixed the TV and was on his way. Can't hardly get better service than that! Would definitely use Millbrook again if needed.
Good Service & In Reasonable Time...

I had a relatively good experience with them. They did pick up our television in Holland (on a Friday may I add) and returned it 15 days later (on a Saturday) I did have to check in periodicly, but I was happy with
there service and work. I would recommend them based on my experience with them.
- Pros: They even called my home and left a message regarding the status of the repair.
- Cons: I didn't think two weeks was to long.
Worst Tv Repair Ever!

This the worst repair service I have ever seen. They picked my tv up in early September 2008, it's now middle of January and they still have it! I would recommend buying a new tv then let them touch it. They are the worst TV repair in Grand Rapids! Avoid using them at all cost!

They have had our television for nearly 100 days. It has taken several Sharp agents and myself to communicate with them regarding this. They rarely respond to phone calls, they do not work on Friday's, and they are not prompt. Unless you have several months to wait for your TV set to be repaired you should try another company. My warranty insists I must use this service center which is why I will not purchase another Sharp TV as long as I am living in the GR area, because I would have to deal with them in the event I needed service and it simply is not worth the hassle.

- Cons: TV picked up 5/13/08-still there on 8/21/08--NOT REPAIRED
