The Grandville location has great staff who really take their time and listen. Dr. Peters has a great chair side manner and puts you at ease.

I will never go here again. The manager Victoria was nice at first but as yesterday shes extremely unprofessional. I've left five different messages for her in the last two days to call me back and she never does. Aspen Dental owes me 100 dollars and has for a week and she wont even call me back. That is just what i have to say about her, Aspen itself is a scam. They try to sell you a prescription toothbrush that you dont even need and that is 160 dollars. At first it seems great but its all too good to be true.

My complaint had to go to all the way to Aspen Regional Manager, David, in NYC, because their office manager in Grandville, Michigan, Victoria, is very incompetent. She missed filing the necessary claims with my insurance company in a timely fashion. She made excuses and also even had the nerve to lie that she had been trying to contact my insurance company as there was a "problem" filing the claim.
It turned out that she never submitted the claim, per the Regional Manager. There was no record of it. After speaking to the Regional Manager, David was able to submit the claim to my insurance company after 5 minutes. He repeatedly apologized on Victoria's incompetence. I could not believe why Victoria could not file the claim in a 5 month period (July 2012 to Nov 2012) when David was able to do it in 5 minutes. I had my insurance active all along....insurance that I did not need.
As a result, I had to pay hundreds of dollars to extend my insurance in the USA that I did not need. I was just diligent in making sure that my claim is paid. I made sure to tell Aspen Patient Satisfaction Line that I did not need this insurance as I now live in Canada. I asked why I had to chase Victoria to pay my fees. Unbelievable.

Went & had a check-up& cleaning. Great place & they fit me in fast. They worked with my busy school schedule. Everyone is very friendly at the Grandville location
