Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/28/2012 The plumbers that came to my house was efficient and well trained. It is nice that this is in Grand Rapids as I called and got service the same day, within 8 hours fo when I called.

Pretty Awesome Service. Sunday night (before Christmas Eve) the sewer backed up into the basement. Was told the tech would arrive within an hour and a half. The tech was well within that window and took care of the issue. The Tech provided good advice and was very professional. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Christmas eve morning, I woke up to find the drain in my basement was backed up. I called Roto-Rooter in Grand Rapids, MI and was given a 2 hour time window of when someone would be to my house to help. Greg got to my house at the very beginning of that window! It was great to not have to wait all day the service. Overall, the entire company was fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/5/12 Used Roto-Rooter to clean out my clog. Came quickly, cleaned out my clogs and used the camera to verify clean all the way out to the main - about 250 ft! Jason was polite and very helpful.

Roto-Rooter saved the day. We tried degreasers, acid (which was very stinky, I don't recommend), and rented a sewer auger (twice at a price of $64.13 each day). Still no luck. We were pleased to find that Roto-Rooter could send someone out to us the very next day (which was a Saturday). The tech was polite, knowledgable, and respectful. Wish would have made the call sooner.

Roto-Rooter offered same day service with a great price for a main line clean out. The plumber that came to my home, Jason, was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain what was being done to take care of my problem. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again.
