My appointment slot was between 1 and 3, but needed someone over ASAP. Nate was able to get there before 12:30, which helped a lot. He was very knowledgable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Great service overall.

Dennis and Greg got out a broken sewer snake line I had stuck in my sewer line, then roto rooted my lines. They did the job quickly, and got the job done. No problems at all, very happy with the service

Had service on 4/1 and 4/2 (two day job because I called so late on the first day). Did a great job, especially considering where all my pipe outlets were located in the basement and the type of bend my main line does as it goes out to the city. would highly recommend.

We had our service on 2/19/13. We called in the morning, and had a plumber there by noon. He fixed our kitchen sink promptly, and was very knowledgeable. Great plumber in the Grand Rapids area!

He gave me tips to help avoid future problems that cause my back up. I am happy to have this service here in grand rapids and will call them for my next problem should one arise.

We had a clogged floor drain, which ended up actually being a backed up main line. I called Roto Rooter (Grand Rapids) at 8:30am and they had a plumber to our home within the hour. He was very nice, informative and finished the job in the time initially estimated. We were impressed and appreciative!
