HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. My 17-year-old daughter went here for a special day. They RUINED her long thick blond hair. Totally ruined!!! The "stylist" grabbed the wrong scissors and instead of thinning, they cut a huge hunk of hair off on top - leaving only about a 3" stub. It's HORRIBLE. They said "People make mistakes." No apologies, no compensation - not even a refund of my Groupon. This is a horrible salon. AVOID it at all costs. I'm notifying Groupon and everyone I know. They should be out of business. (Did I mention the "stylist" is still working there?) Good grief.

No, Thank you. The location is almost desolate - Circling around made me be 10 min late - upon walking in, 2 ladies keep chatting - then one uses about 10 more min to enter my GROUPON (making me 20 min late).

Friendly therapist (nail technician) but - the massage itself was not very profesional: no sheet on the head rest ( yuck!!)!, no question about any concerns/areas f massage, a freezing cold room and massage table, a curtain only, nothing at all under the ONE sheet on the massaging table (blankets) . Upon my inquire if she will add the missing 20 min I was assured - "sure I will for you"...

She stops after 45 min (f a 60 min massage) but honestly I am happy to GO! What a disappointment...

Considering the rate being equivalent to any other Spa ($70 ) such as Vasaio or Tanaz or Design 1, there is NO comparison - it certainly doe slack professionalism and the "Spa feel"

horrible service. Even worse spray Tan luckily I found a place in Eastown with a girl named Amanda who fixed it, the place was called Jnicolle salon and she fixed my spray tan for half price cause she felt so bad..much nicer place and much better tan, I'll be back

WORST PLACE EVER!. I went here with my 4 year old daughter to get our hair, makeup, and nails done. The lady who did my daughters hair had absolutely no idea what she was doing and she was mean to my daughter and rude to me, pushing bobby pins into my daughters hair and when my daughter said "ouch" she would say "oh that didn't hurt" bobby pins hurt my head too! They made her cry so her make-up was ruined, my nails looked horrible, I had acrylic under every nail and one broke before I even left. My hair took well over two hours for a side half up do, It hurt bad and all the curls were almost gone before I left. When I checked in I was told I would receive 25% off all services but that was not the case instead I received 25% off the lowest priced service which was clearly not what the add stated! I would not recommend this place to anyone and they charged me over $140.00 for all the bad work! That was an up-do for me an up-do for my 4 yr old, my make up and nails! OUTRAGEOUS!
