Lovely Ladies. I have been frequenting Bella Furs for years now and have never had the problems that disgusted2011 did. I have purchased both new and used furs from them and have never had any problems. I take my fur pieces to Bella for storage every year, and the price has been the same for years! The first year I stored with them, they were Day Furs, I was taken to the back and shown the vault that my furs would be kept in. It is nice to know exactly were my pieces are located.

I was gifted a fox jacket that was starting to fall apart about a year ago, and not sure what I could do with it. The ladies at Bella helped me with a plan to redesign it. I ended up with 4 teddy bears, one for every sibling and myself.

I would recommend Bella Furs to anyone in need of a high end boutique. The ladies are always friendly and helpful, and I feel as if my furs are safe in East Grand Rapids.

Amazing deals !!!!!. I have never been more impressed by a local business as I have been with Bella Furs. After seeing an advertisement in the local paper I decided to stop in. The whole staff was very knowlegable about educationing me on furs and helped me try on several amazing pieces. I bought a fabulous sheared mink jacket which I love!!! I would recommend that if any one is looking for a fur coat or even a remodel on a fur coat that they definetly go to Bella Furs.

the worst place to shop. after this past Christmas, I took my wife to Bella Furs. After a very busy season I wanted to do something special for her. I wanted to buy her a fur coat. I knew it would be an expensive gift, however they were having a sale. After the first 10 minutes of "customer appreciation" , it turned to high pressure, pushy, tag team sales pitches. We should have left then, but I was determined to not show my irritation and wanted my wife to be happy.

We did find a beautiful coat, the sale price was $1,700.00 after 50% off. I very clearly asked our salesperson "if this was there best price" . Her quick snap back was " Of Coarse! " and "this was there lowest possible price". I purchased the coat.

However, 5 days later I received a phone call inviting me to there "Special SALE" where all new coats were now 60% off plus an extra 20%! I called to speak with our salesperson to discuss the situation, The difference was $ 648.00 off my supposed best price. I was told the difference couldnt be put back on my card, but they would send a check for the amount. That was Jan. 3rd, I waited a week and still no check, when I called again, I got the " checks in the mail speech" after another week I called yet again, Then I was told they refunded my Credit card, I called the CC company, and no such return on my acct. I have since left 3 messages for the owner,who has yet to return my call. So please be warned! and take your business else where! Clearly they only wish to BS you, lie and cheat you.
