SERVICE IS A JOKE!. I have a Groupon for this place and have only been there twice and both times have been treated terribly by the front desk lady. I would like to echo the previous reviews on the OTHER Vasaio listing about the poor customer service. I do find it interesting that after the first Vasaio listing gave such poor reviews, a new listing with a slightly different address and name in all CAPS has now appeared with one "glowing" review about how great their customer service is. Personally, this seems very shady and I am going to trust the multitude of poor reviews to this ONE positive review. Someone warned me about this place and I guess I should've listened.

BEST spa ever!!.
Vasaio is the type of getaway everyone deserves to experience. The atmosphere is sophisticated, relaxing, and a wonderful experience.
This is a spa that treats their customers as guests in your home.
Their front manager, I think her name was Trisha, was so helpful and friendly. She gave me a tour of the spa and treated me extra special because it was my first time there.
I will definitely be back for services, my facial was out of this world!!
