Great Staff/Slow Service. Friendly, helpful staff, but it's Ford and I would expect nothing less. The prices are rediculously high, again I'd expect nothing less from Ford, but they do great mechanical work and you can be assured it's fixed right. It took me almost 6 hours away from work to get x4 new tires and an alignment. THAT is unacceptable so plan on slow service. Other than that it's all good.
