Maybe "Groverhome" should tell the whole story..... First of all, she was never told to leave before the polish dried (that was "Groverhome" own decision) and she had an opportunity for a refund, but she could not return later for it. She was offered to return and another employee would do it and her comment was that she "did not have anyone to watch her kids." This is more of a "I have no money and I will try to get anything for FREE!!!!" customer and it did not work.......

I think that Oo Bella does a great job, and whomever wrote the review before should check their spelling before criticizing other people. :)

If you want a Pedicure...do not go to this place. I went and paid $30 but only got to soak my feet in water and have my toes painted. Very sub par!! There was only one girl working and she kept having to stop and answer the door and the phone. The entire service only took 20 minutes and I was told to leave long before the polish dried which in turn meant the polish was all messed up by the time I got home. I thought for sure when I called and spoke with management that they would refund my money. I don't live in the area and was only there for one afternoon. The manager/owner was incredible defensive and rude. She said refunding was not their policy. Well spending more money in childcare and gas for a service that should have been done right the first time was not in my policy. She only offered another pedicure and tried to tell me that the same girl would be doing it so she can learn to do it right. I'm sorry but that would be incredibly aukward. I have a feeling she only said this hoping that would deter me from coming. She was rude and this is not a place of quality service or customer service. I would stay away!!
Pros: none
Cons: waste of money-aweful service-they dont' know what a pedicure is-or how to treat a customer!
