Treated like Cattle

I went to buy a new Avalon and they were busy. I told the salesman I've bought from before I would come back. Afraid I would buy from some other place, he said no no. Then it took 3 hours to get everything done from test drive to final #'s. I felt like they were working heads of cattle.

This Avalon I bought from Kool Toyota, not TGR. My salesman at Kool was polite and spent time with me. I had my information and price within 1 hour. They even took my old Avalon on trade and had the #'s for me when I returned from my test drive.

• Cons: treated like a number, not a customer
