My Son started when he was only 5 1/2 years old, but there are some children even younger. Rick the instructor is just great with the children. They learn to respect him and the Martial Arts. The children all learn while under his instruction and have a great time as well. At Standale Karate they mix things up a bit and it never gets dull. The children are being exposed to new stuff all the time. It is a very nice Family environment loaded with Christian values. I would recommend it for anyone young or adult. The price is very reasonable as well and you could attend four times a week.
